Our Mission

Our aim is to teach kids in poor, underprivileged rural areas education for free, always.
To help improve the lives of some of the most marginalized Cambodians and their families through education, social awareness and empowerment.
The students will always study for free. We do not charge them any fees, ever. This is aimed to help the poorest families access education in a remote rural area
We need support to pay for a full time teachers with good salary to also help them and to continue to build the school infrastructure. A full time teacher would cost around $300-350 a month
We would like to build better classrooms, an office, playground and fence around the school. Our facilities now are basic and the land mostly empty.
So far we have self funded through our own money. It is always a struggle to raise funds for even daily operations, let alone new infrastructure. So any donated money goes a long, long way and is so appreciated.
School
We have a large plot of land located in the village of Trapeang Lean. We so far have two classrooms and toilets. We need donations to expand to match the needs of the local community with new classrooms and facilities.
Volunteer
We will be looking for longer term volunteer teachers who genuinely want to make a difference. You will get a life changing and humbling experience, whilst benefitting vulnerable Cambodian children and helping the local community.
We are now accepting volunteers, but do understand, the facilities are not the same as Western ones and we are in the process of raising funds to improve them. You will get a real ‘‘Cambodian’’ experience!
